Terms

Version of 23 August 2026.

This address is a direct contact route. There is no form in its place. The full postal address is in the legal notice.

2. Purpose

SuisTesJ is a revision planning app. It computes review dates from the learning date of a course and presents them day by day. It hosts no teaching material and supplies no courses.

The app is provided as is. It organises a calendar; it guarantees no learning outcome and no exam result.

3. The app is free

Installing and fully using the app costs nothing and requires no account. No planning feature is reserved for subscribers.

4. SuisTesJ Cloud

The optional SuisTesJ Cloud subscription adds online backup and syncing between devices. It requires an account.

Current prices are shown on the pricing page and in the app at purchase time. A free trial of 14 days is offered, limited to one use per account. It stays available after installation: you can start it weeks later, having lost nothing by waiting.

Ending a subscription deletes no local data. The app keeps working on the device, with all courses and dates. Data export stays available whatever the subscription state.

5. Buying happens in the store, and so does cancelling

This site sells nothing. The subscription is bought from Google Play or the App Store, and the purchase contract is between you and that store. So that is where it is cancelled: we cannot do it for you.

Android — Google Play
Google Play app → profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → SuisTesJ → Cancel subscription.
iOS — App Store
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SuisTesJ → Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and access stays open until then.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own rules: Google Play refunds and Report a problem, App Store.

If the store refuses and you think the refusal is wrong, write to support@suistesj.com: we have no control over the payment, but we can support a request.

7. Minimum age

The free app is open to everyone: it collects nothing, so there is nothing to consent to.

SuisTesJ Cloud is for people aged 15 and over, the threshold used for consent to online services. Below that age, you keep using the app without an account — and lose nothing by it: no planning feature depends on one.

8. Your obligations

You agree not to attempt to access another account's data, not to circumvent the service's access controls, and not to use it to distribute unlawful content.

9. Availability

The local app works without a network. The Cloud service may be interrupted for maintenance or through a provider failure. A Cloud outage never prevents use of the app or access to local data.

10. Liability

The publisher is liable in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability for indirect damage is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer, nor those you hold against the store you bought from.

11. Changes to these terms

A substantial change is announced before it takes effect, and the version date at the top of this page is updated.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence, nor of the option of bringing proceedings before the courts of your domicile.
